For most projects, no. For a full kitchen or full-home remodel, that specific space won't be usable during construction, and we'll help you plan around it.
Yes. Anything touching plumbing, gas, electrical, or structural walls gets pulled through the City of Poway or your local jurisdiction before work starts.
